The Svart grinder v0.2 from Wilfa (Norway) is new on the market. It was developed between Wilfa & Tim Wendelboe - a man who knows coffee, and whose opinions are widely respected in the speciality coffee industry.
Following the success of the first model of the grinder, Wilfa recently released this updated version, featuring a motor that spins at a lower speed than it's predecessor. This updated motor means that grinding is quieter, and that heat generated by the grinder is reduced. It also comes in a smart matt black finish.
The Wilfa Svart is a perfect option for anyone looking for a low volume grinder to use at home or in the office. It can grind for a wide variety of brew methods - stovetop, Aeropress, filter / drip coffee machines, Cafetiere, V60, Chemex and most others. (Not espresso though.)

The domestic electric grinder conundrum
Domestic electric grinders are a difficult one, with cheap low volume units (Bodum, Dualit etc) producing poor grind quality, while higher price point grinders (£150+) are a step too far for many and don't produce exceptional grind either.
