Dedicated wholesale services

As a wholesale customer of Machina, you receive priority technical support throughout the duration of your contract.

We only provide support to businesses using our coffee, without exception. This allows us to focus our time and prioritise our resources on those we work with for coffee.

You have the choice of either ad hoc support, where you will receive assistance based on the resources we have available.

Alternatively, you can opt for SLA based support, where you have an agreed response and repair time, with the additional security of replacement equipment as and when you need it.

Industry leading brands

We only work with a set number of brands, which includes La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Victoria Arduino, Mahlkonig, Ditting, Compak, Rocket and Profitec.

Only catering for certain brands, supports being able to maintain a high level of product knowledge on the brands we do work with, plus allows us to hold common parts on all the equipment that we work on.

If you have any equipment that is not listed above, it's not possible for us to provide you with assistance, but we are happy to recommend other third parties who can.

Fast response times

When you need support for coffee equipment, you tend to need it pretty fast.

The benefit of being a wholesale coffee customer with Machina in Edinburgh and Lothians is that we can provide you with fast responsive support. *Dependant on agreement type.

We have a dedicated and skilled service team with their own vehicle, ready to support you and avoid business downtime.

In support of this, we have a dedicated technical support line, available to all our wholesale customers, so we can take your call quickly, and either resolve it over the phone, or if necessary, visit you in person.
