We offer UK and international shipping Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders usually take between 1-2 days within the UK, but may take up to 3 days to get to you. Orders of espresso machines and grinders may take 2-3 days longer, due to the additional bench testing service we provide. For the full particulars, please see our terms and conditions.
 
Returns
Returned items must be unused and be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation and in perfect resalable condition. Once the goods have been received back and checked, as per our terms and conditions, we will issue a full refund or exchange on receipt.

    This listing is for a subscription of 250g of coffee to your home or office. You receive either 250g of a single coffee in each order.

    If you would like multiple bags, we recommend opting for the 0.5KG - 1KG subscription, which you can view HERE.

    We have set fixed prices of:

    • £10.50 for 250g - Single Origin Espresso (Varies each time).

    • £11.50 for 250g - Single Origin Filter (Varies each time).

    • £9.00 for 250g - Clockwork Espresso Blend (Fixed repeat).

    • £9.50 for 250g - Vox Pop Espresso Blend (Fixed repeat).

    WHAT COFFEE DO I GET?

    We post a mix of coffees on this service. If you only want espresso or filter, just state this in the order box and we will only send you your preferred option. We change coffees regularly, so depending on the coffee calendar, you could receive coffee from Brazil, Guatemala, Peru, Honduras, Colombia, Kenya, Ethiopia, D R Congo, Burundi and various others.

    IS THERE A MINIMUM TERM?

    No, you can sign up and run it for as short or long a period as you wish. No ties, just coffee to your door when you want it.

    WHAT IF I HAVE A FAVOURITE?

    If you have a favourite coffee that you would like to receive every time, just let us know in the notes box and we will make sure you get this every time. If the coffee is about to run out or is due to change blend component, we will let you know.

    CAN I PAY UPFRONT FOR A TERM OF 3, 6 OR 12 MONTHS?

    Yes you can, but you would need to contact the roastery by emailing roastery@machina-coffee.co.uk. We can then invoice you for the total amount, and set you up with a reoccurring order.

    FRESHNESS:

    We roast fresh every week, but don't always roast every coffee every week. So your coffee will always be fresh, but may not be a day or two old. Most commonly, your coffee will be between 3-10 days old when you receive it.

    DELIVERY:

    This service is posted by Royal Mail 48 in a small letter format that can be posted through your door.

    SHIPPING COSTS:

    All prices include postage - no additional costs. If you live out with the UK mainland, please get in touch to organise a bespoke shipping rate.

    Please bear in mind that coffee fresher than 12 days, is usually too fresh and will not taste good unless rested further, as it still contains too much gas and needs to open up. If you would rather have rested coffee, just put a note in the order and let us know and if we have rested stock we will send you that.
