How does it differ to the original Pearl scales?

The Model S is an upgrade to the original Pearl with features including:

• Increase max weight form 2000g to 3000g.

• Dot matrix display, allowing more data on screen such as flow rate.

• New modes including flow rate in 'real time'.

• Offers flow rate practice mode and portafilter mode for training / bar work.

• Reinforced with additional metal components (heavier than the Pearl).

• A larger battery to accommodate the added features.
