This is a 1-2-1 Brew Methods training session, delivered by a highly-qualified member of our Machina team, here at our Roastery in Edinburgh. This is the ideal course for filter coffee lovers, who are either new to the concept, or want to perfect their techniques and deepen their knowledge with expert guidance, across a variety of methods.

In this course you’ll cover:

Understanding origin, processing, and roast characteristics involving a small cupping
What makes filter coffee
Using different brew methods and how they relate
Variables involved in brewing great filter
Standard recipes and how to manipulate them to your chosen coffees
