Mythos One is the first on-demand grinder from Victoria Arduino with "Clima Pro" technology – the innovative, intelligent management of milling chamber temperature that ensures constant dose and therefore a better quality of espresso extraction.

Using a heated element and chamber, the Mythos One controls the temperature of the coffee as it hits the grinding process. By maintaining a higher, consistent temperature within the grinder, the Mythos One grinds coffee without being affected by external factors (such as change of heat in the room) that have an impact on the consistency of the grind (dose / volume).
