Jiale: TCA-2 Coffee Syphon (240ml)

The syphon brew method draws out the subtle flavours in delicate coffees, delivering an amazingly clean cup, ideally suited to delicate single origin beans.

JIALE TCA syphons are made to an exacting specification using heat resistant environmentally friendly glass, offering a fantastic product for the price.

This is the 2 cup version, but there are also 3 and 5 cup versions.

This type of coffee brewing is making a rapid return to popularity, with syphon bars now appearing in the US (Intelligentsia) and New Zealand (Lamason's).

It takes a little while to get the hang of, but for those interested in learning the process of making fantastically clean and delicious coffee, the syphon is a great coffee making tool to own.
