Postage and Packaging
Post and packaging costs are calculated at the online checkout.  Depending on the destination the postage and packing cost will then be applied.



Shipping & Delivery

Standard UK delivery is usually within 5 working days (Monday to Friday 7.30am-6pm, excluding public holidays). Some products will be shipped directly from the manufacturers and therefore may take longer. 

If you would prefer, you can collect your order from our Edinburgh cafe.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing products on our site, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.  These provide our policies on refunds, returns, delivery, privacy, consumer rights and other legalities.  Read the full Terms & Conditions 


Returns and Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.  Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, including the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.


Machina Espresso Warranty (UK only)

We provide a warranty for all of our products. The warranty periods differ according to product type.  Espresso machines: 12 months and all other products: 6 months from the date of purchase.


This is a ‘back to base warranty’ which means the customer is responsible for the packing and carriage back to us. We will then arrange carriage back to customer. In the unlikely event that a product fails within the first 28 days of purchase, we will collect it at our expense and if we are unable to repair within 7 days, we will offer a replacement.


There are some exclusions to the warranty: damage caused by customer; damage caused by repairs anyone outside Machina Espresso; by damage cause by scaling; and goods taken outside the UK.


All personal customer information is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act.  We also promise to never hand your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
