This is a knock box drawer in matt black, supplied direct from the Profitec Germany.
Knock boxes are used to dispose of espresso pucks after brewing. As a drawer the disposed grounds are out of view, in a sleek and space-conscious format. The removable bar is made of silicone, preserving your portafilter and dampening the noise of knocking.
