Scales choice:

You can buy either low or high end scales for coffee. The low end are cheap, functional and work fine, but ultimately only last so long as they get wet and fail. The higher end brands are premium, have great features and are water resistant.

There are many scales on the market for weighing espresso shots, but these are by far the best. They are neat, well built, water resistant and will last. Many others scales claim to do all of these things, but none do.
