We are proud to share that we’ve officially opened our new training, events, and showroom space in Edinburgh - a dedicated environment designed to support the continued growth of the Scottish hospitality sector.
This new hub is a state-of-the-art showroom featuring industry-leading technology from La Marzocco, Mahlkönig, and Victoria Arduino. We’ve designed it to be fully interactive, putting hands-on learning at the heart of the experience. It gives businesses a place to test new equipment, trial fresh concepts, and train baristas away from the day-to-day pressures of a busy service.

Supporting the Scottish coffee scene
The launch of the hub responds to the increasing demand for high-quality 'away from home' coffee. While the speciality market in Scotland is thriving, we recognised that many operators lacked a dedicated, off-site space to develop their skills and explore the latest technical developments.
Our Managing Director, Steve Glencross, explains the vision behind the project:
“Great coffee is one of the most significant opportunities for hospitality businesses to improve profitability, while supporting the overall customer experience - an area that is commonly overlooked. We recognised that our customers in Scotland lacked a dedicated off-site space to develop their skills and explore new products, which led us to create a hub designed specifically for that purpose.”
A space for collaboration
Beyond technical training, the venue will serve as a flexible hub for industry workshops and networking. Our goal is to foster a space where knowledge is shared across the sector, helping to raise standards for everyone involved.
Alex Mackay, Wholesale Partnerships at Nuova Distributions UK Ltd, noted:
"Providing hands-on access to coffee technology in such a collaborative environment is essential for the growth of the speciality market, and we look forward to seeing the talent that this new showroom will undoubtedly help develop."
Adriano Trebbi, Group F&B Development Manager at Chris Stewart Group, has worked with us for over eight years and shared his perspective on what this means for the industry:
“We believe this facility will be a valuable addition to the Scottish hospitality landscape, providing a hub for training, events and community engagement that will help raise standards and bring people together across the industry.”
