The JET 6 offers excellent temperature stability and overall precision brewing, perfect for speciality coffee.  In terms of option out there in the coffee industry for medium volume batch brew coffee, the JET 6 is up there. They are much higher in quality to the likes of the Marco F45 or F60, but also cheaper than Fetco 2111 or 2131.  In terms of quality Vs price, they are a very solid option.
