      UK CUSTOMERS

      UK Warranties:

      UK Returns:

As per UK Consumer Law, you are legally entitled to return unwanted or faulty / defective items within 28 days.

Process: For all machines, you must contact us to request a return within the agreed timescale.  Do not ship back to us without receiving approval first.  Please folow the returns process as per our instructions, to ensure that the return is managed correctly and the goods reach us in perfect condition, avoiding any additional costs.

Condition: Returned items must be unused and be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation and in perfect resalable condition. Once the goods have been received back and checked, as per our terms and conditions, we will issue a full refund or exchange on receipt within 14 days.  If the goods or packaging are used or damaged, we reserve the right to charge you for these issues.

Shipping: Please do not organise the shipping yourself, as it's crucial for us to manage this, so that we can reduce any potential for damage during the process.  We will book the courier, arrange everything and communicate this all to you in good time.

Please note: You are wholly responsible for the goods until they reach us. Any damage or breakages are chargeable, therefore all goods must be packaged in the exact same format as they were shipped to you.  Once received, we will contact you confirming the good have been received in a good and resalable condition, and your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

      INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We can ship our espresso machines to other European countries, and do so with Palletline, to provide the most secure and safe route for shipping.  Please note that this will usually take a little longer than UK orders, due to various factors including customs etc.

      International warranties:

Please note, we do not offer a full warranty for espresso machines to International customers.  This is due to the high costs involved in shipping, and the much higher liklihood of damage being experienced during extra shipping.  Instead we offer you a 2% discount on all machines, and the parts part of your warranty.  This means if you experience issues, we will identify the problem, ship you the parts and guide you how to replace them.

      International returns:

Please note, we do not offer an option to return espresso machines to International customers.  This is due to the high costs involved in shipping, and the much higher liklihood of damage being experienced during extra shipping.

      BREXIT INFORMATION FOR EUROPEAN BUYERS:

If you are a customer based in the European Union, you can now buy from our website without paying any VAT (UK Tax). However, you are liable to pay your respective domestic taxes on products depending on your countries rates. • Description

What is the Profitec JUMP Espresso Machine ?

The JUMP is Profitec's latest designed HX machine (Heat Exchanger) in their range. It's a very compact machine, built to a very high standard and comes with some impressive features that rival machines at a higher price point. It's stylish design focuses around the iconic E61 group head offering pre - infusion, amazing temperature stability at a price that challenges the Rocket Appartamento & Lelit MaraX.

The JUMP is modelled on the PRO400, but contains a few key differences including wooden parts on the steama & hot water controls and the portafilter.  It has joystick style controls instead of rotary and a sleek mini shot timer on the front of the body.

The JUMP may be classed as a domestic machine, but it is considerably powerful, capable of producing excellent espresso and perfect micro-foam for flat whites, lattes and cappuccinos.

What is so special about it?

There's some pretty unique features about the JUMP that set it apart from not just the rest of the Profitec range, but also brands like Rocket, Expobar, Lelit and Rancilio.

Size: It's very compact, so is considerably less intrusive in the kitchen than most pro-sumer espresso machines.

Temperature control: It comes with a unique 3-Position Switch (found under the base of the machine), allowing you to change between three set Brew Temperatures / Preset Temperatures depending on the roast style of your coffee (plus activate pre-infusion mode).

Steam pressure control: It provides access to the boiler pressure level, which allows you to adjust the steam boiler pressure / steam temperature (For more / less intense steam pressure).

ECO Mode: Switch into ECO mode (Via the front facing switch), which activates power off after 90 mins, preserving energy and for when you forget about your machine.

Pre - Infusion: Once activated (Via the multifunction switch), you have automatic Pre - Infusion / Switchable preinfusion, triggered by lifting your leva arm to start your shot. It delivers a lower pressure for 5 seconds, before moving to full 9-10 bar extraction pressure.

Design feature: It comes with interchangeable discs / colored valve disclets, allowing you to choose the colour of your steam and hot water knob facings.

Adjustable expansion valve: Easy access to the Adjustable expansion valve aka brew pressure / Pump Pressure adjustment, so change the pressure in your group head.

        Who is it suited to?

The Profitec JUMP is geared towards people / Coffee Enthusiast wanting to drink amazing quality coffee in the home or office, but without the complication of detailed controls.

It's the perfect machine if you are upgrading from a single boiler machine like a Gaggia Classic / Baby, Rancilio Silvia, Dualit or Di-Longhi. You will see a massive jump up in quality without hitting the high price tag of many serious espresso machines.

What is the build quality like?

Similar to a Rocket, the JUMP is built like a tank, but with the look and feel of a Mercedes. It weighs around 22KG, so it's reassuringly heavy. The unit is housed around a solid stainless steel chassis, so it's very stable. There is a large stainless steel drip tray, which has a removable top for cleaning.  The attention to detail is exceptional, with excellent finish both inside and outside the machine. It has beautiful clean lines across it's production, which give it a luxury feel.

        Why buy from us?

We are an official Profitec dealership, providing genuine warranties. We carry all parts for repair / service and do all our own technical support in-house - not outsourced.

We offer a fair and informative service, where we will guide you on the right machine for you, not just the most expensive.

All machines are re-tested before they leave us, so that we know 100% that they are in perfect working and aesthetic condition when they reach you. Factory testing is good quality, but these machines come delivered in trucks from Milan to the UK, where they go through considerable movement along the way.
