What is the Eagle One Prima?

The Eagle One Prima is Victoria Arduino's latest fully automatic 1 group espresso machine. It's one of the most premium single group machines on the market, crossing over for low volume commercial and high end domestic use.

The Prima has everything you would ever want from a high grade espresso machine if you are serious about coffee.  This includes dual boilers for A) Brewing coffee and B) Hot Water & Steam, a saturated group head for amazing temperature stability of shots,  a precision PID for variable control over both boilers & group head temperatures, and the ability to feed from either an internal reservoir or main water connection.

It's easy to use, with three programmable buttons on the front of the group, alongside an LED readout showing a shot timer. This, alongside the APP, provides you with all control you will ever need to access for perfect control over your coffee.

The APP:

All of the Prima's controls are accessible via a slick APP, giving you the luxury of configuration over a phone or tablet. Setting up controls via small LED panels can often be a tricky business, so making everything available via an easy to use APP across Android and iOS is a lovely addition to an already amazing machine.

When you purchase a PRIMA, you immediately have access to the app, that optimises performance and use. It's possible to set the temperature and see the extraction time along with the steam and hot water from the app.

The app can create recipes, share them with other users, or set recipes recommended by their roaster or barista. The app can also become a recipe sharing instrument by going on the section 'Cloud recipe' of the Victoria Arduino app.

What custom options can I get?

The Black Eagle Prima One can come in the 3 standard colours of Steel, White or Black, but can also be sourced with any RAL colour you choose. If you want to go all out, you can also get the rear panel in a choice of woods, plus we can source fully custom wood handles for the portafilter too.
