Clockwork is our signature espresso blend. Created to offer a speciality grade blend to those needing a great all-rounder, it’s a versatile and easy to use coffee that can be served black or white in a range of brewing styles. It offers great body and sweetness, but also has a good level of acidity that is not overpowering. It's sits well as either a classic flat white, an old school moka pot or a Sunday cafetiere.
Clockwork is made up of two seasonal lots, sourced specifically for this blend.
From Brazil, Alexandre Silveira is a naturally processed coffee of the Red Catuai varietal that gives Clockwork its body and creamy mouth-feel.
This is paired with a Colombian regional lot called Uribe Community, a washed coffee of the Castillo, Caturra and Colombia varietal. This coffee brings tangy sweetness to the blend, as well as giving it a layer of complexity to counter the body.

How you can brew this coffee:
Espresso, Cafetiere, Stove Top (Moka Pot), Aeropress and Drip Machine (Moccamaster, Wilfa Classic etc).
We roast on Tue, Wed & Thurs. Your coffee will be roasted within 1-16 days of purchase, with a shelf life of 4 weeks (optimum serving point of 11-35 days). Please bear in mind that coffee fresher than 12 days, is usually too fresh and will not taste good unless rested further, as it still contains too much gas and needs to open up. If you would rather have rested coffee, just put a note in the order and let us know and if we have rested stock we will send you that instead.
