Clockwork v6.1 - Espresso Blend
Clockwork is made up of two seasonal lots, sourced specifically for this blend.
From Brazil, Red Ruby is a naturally processed coffee of Catuai, Mundo Novo and Acaiá varietals that gives Clockwork its body and creamy mouth-feel.
This is paired with a Colombian single farm micro-lot called Bernardo Echeverry, a washed coffee of the Caturra varietal. This coffee brings honey sweetness to the blend, as well as giving it a layer of complexity to counter the body.
