EUREKA is a leading company in designing and manufacturing modern and elegant coffee grinders since 1920. Founded in Florence by Aurelio Conti, the company started its activity as a manufacturer of grinders for Espresso and quickly became a symbol of excellence. Nowadays, thanks to its international and dynamic attitude, Eureka aims to become the most innovative company in the coffee grinder industry: the “State of the Art” in grinding technique for any type of coffee preparation.
Our mission is to provide an impeccable service, being always careful to the customer needs, through competitive products which combine design, technology and innovation. All this without renouncing to a 100% “Made in Florence” product, entirely hand-assembled in our Florentine factory: where industrial organisation is melded to artisanal knowledge with wise mastery.

We spoke to many suppliers when first setting up Machina. When we were looking for a key partner all those years ago, we chose Eureka for a number of important reasons. First and foremost, they are lovely people. We forged a long-lasting relationship with their 'then' sales manager Boris Pianaccioli, who took us under his wing and helped us make one of the best decisions we ever made. Boris moved on, with the role being take up by Luca Nunzi, who by all accounts has taken on what Boris started and continued the great work.

The creators of groundbreaking patented technology of their delicate micrometric regulation grind adjustment system, which you now see on many of the worlds best coffee grinders. This patent has seen them responsible for many other brands coffee grinders that are considered the best in the world for commercial businesses. *Including the Mythos One.Eureka produces a fairly hefty range of coffee grinders across domestic and commercial, but we do not sell them all. Solely because we want to offer you a curated range that we think covers what you need and allows us to have in-depth knowledge of each individual product. There are many domestic espresso grinders out there, but few last the test of time like the Mignon has. Many brands over-complicate their productions, adding unnecessary features and losing focus over the key functions of what makes a good coffee grinder. Eureka has seen past the noise and continued to produce a coffee grinder that is built in the same vein as a commercial unit (heavyweight, robust and minimal), combining useful and easy to use features - while retaining a sense of individuality and style.Eureka Mignon Silenzio
Domestic grade, on-demand coffee grinding, 50mm burrs, 5.5KG in weight, manual controls on the side offering timed or continuous grinding. Available in a wide range of colours and either Chrome (CR) or Black (BL) front panels. *Dedicated espresso grinder.Eureka Mignon Specialita
Domestic grade, on-demand coffee grinding, 55mm burrs, 5.5KG in weight, touch screen controls on the front offering timed (single or double shots) or continuous grinding. Available in a wide range of colours and either Chrome (CR) or Black (BL) front panels. *Dedicated espresso grinder.
Eureka ORO Stark
Until 2022, the Mignon range was limited in terms of different ability, considering burr size, burr style and materials. In 2023 they released the Stark, which is a Mignon with lots of nice upgrades. 65mm flat steel diamond burrs, heavy weight metal housing and more industrial style / weight feet and lid. Only available in Chrome or Black. *Dedicated espresso grinder.Eureka Zenith 65 HS
Commercial grade, on-demand coffee grinding, 65mm burrs, 15.5KG in weight, touch screen controls on the front offering timed (single or double shots) or continuous grinding. Available in Chrome, Black, red & White with either a full 1.5KG or short 300g hopper. *Dedicated Espresso grinder.
